Frequently Asked Questions

You can use the Quick Search to find movies that the library owns.

If you know the title of a movie:

1. Enter the title into the Quick Search and click Search
2. Change the Material Type to Movies & Music

If you want to browse by genre:

1. Click on Advanced Search
2. Change the first drop-down menu from Any Field to Subject
3.  Enter the genre into the search bar (for example, "comedy")
4. Change the Material Type to Movies & Music
5. Click Search

If you want to browse new movies:

1. Click on Advanced Search
2. Click New Books & Media
3. Scroll down to New DVDs

If you want to browse all movies:

1. Click on Advanced Search
2. Change the first drop-down menu from Any Field to Subject
3.  Enter Feature Films into the search bar 
4. Change the Material Type to Movies & Music
5. Click Search

To see recent acquisitions only, scroll down to New Records and select New from Last Month or New from Last 3 Month.
