The turnaround time is generally 72 hours. However, turnaround time will be longer during the 3 weeks before and after the start of each semester. Please allow 7-10 days during this time. If you need your reserves immediately, write "RUSH" in the note field of the request. We will move RUSH requests to the top of the priority list and strive to meet the shorter turnaround time.
