Can I check out material from Special Collections and Archives?

Special Collections and Archives is a non-browsing, non-circulating portion of the library. The vast majority of the material housed in Special Collections and Archives is unique and therefore irreplaceable. As part of our preservation program, we provide access to our holdings in our Miriam Lamont Reading Room. There is a scanner available in the Reading Room which you may use free of charge to to copy selections from collections.
